Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a part-time weekend Assembler at our Baldwin, WI site to assemble and package product on Saturdays and Sundays from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m., onsite.

This role focuses on assembling non-repetitive parts, packing components, and ensuring documentation and labeling are accurate. The position offers overtime eligibility and a gainsharing plan. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, plus the ability to read blueprints, handle materials, and maintain quality

The Assembler at our Baldwin, WI location involves working collaboratively to assemble and package product. This is a part-time weekend shift onsite role, with hours Sat-Sun 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Role Responsibilities

• Assembly of non-repetitive parts which may include multiple parts per operation.
• Package parts and assemblies.
• Ensure compliance to prints.
• Operate test equipment when required.
• Ensure proper documentation with labeling.
• Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
• Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to:

• Ability to read blueprints, and understand verbal and written instructions
• High School Diploma or GED is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Display mechanical aptitude and ability to solve complex problems resulting from a highly customized product line
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a steady work environment

Hourly Pay Range: $23.52

This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.

This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
