Job summary

Southeast Community College is seeking a part-time Adjunct Instructor for Art and/or Photography courses. This role involves teaching in various settings, including classroom and online.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a fine arts discipline or a Bachelor’s Degree with higher-level credits in the subject area, alongside relevant teaching experience. The position also offers opportunities to promote inclusivity and support diverse student populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with at least 18 graduate hours in fine arts or related area.
• Teaching experience equivalent to 18 semester hours at secondary or post‑secondary level.
• Ability to teach using diverse instructional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in Art and Photography courses as directed.
• Utilize various instructional strategies for student needs.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare evaluations.

Education
