Liberty Defense Group LLC is seeking an Armed Security Specialist to maintain a secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors in Kansas City, MO. The role requires vigilance, sound judgment, and the ability to react effectively to routine and emergency situations while complying with laws, regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities include patrols, visible deterrence, rapid response to incidents, lawful use of force when necessary, reporting, and operating security equipment.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Armed Guard Card & Agent ID or ability to attain.
• Firearm, Holster & Mag Pouch - Level 2 or above.
• Prior experience in law enforcement, the military or security preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to carry a firearm.
• Completion of all state and/or municipal mandated firearms training.
• Must pass a federal background check & a drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Provide continuous security coverage through foot patrols and stationary posts.
• Deter criminal activity and ensure safety of people and property.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents promptly.
• Observe, assess, and report suspicious activity with strong awareness.
• Operate radios, surveillance systems, and CCTV.
• Prepare clear, accurate written reports using a computer or mobile device.
