Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer - Part Time for a DoD facility in San Antonio, TX. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

This role requires a valid driver's license and armed guard card, with a part-time schedule and pay rate of $22.13 per hour. Eligible candidates will join a team committed to safety, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation per federal, state, local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at an aerospace/defense location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, access points, and parking areas.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, reporting irregularities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and maintain awareness of conditions in the patrol area.
