Allied Universal in Culver City is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Patrol to provide dependable, hour-based security services at a designated site.

The role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, enabling higher earnings while maintaining part-time hours. A background check and drug screen are part of employment, with a pay rate of $24.06 per hour and a schedule on Fridays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations calmly and follow reporting/escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of interior, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and assist with visitor/employee/contractor entry procedures.
• Maintain daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs; communicate observations to site leadership.
