Job summary

Event Risk Inc. in Cordova, TN, is seeking a Uniformed Armed Associate for part-time security responsibilities at our facility. You will patrol areas, monitor access, and serve as a visible deterrent while assisting staff and visitors on-site.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid Tennessee armed security license, prior security or law enforcement experience, and CPR/First Aid certification. You will follow safety protocols and document incidents for authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Previous security or law enforcement experience.
• Valid Tennessee Armed Security Guard Registration Card
• Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Familiarity with emergency response procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises indoors and outdoors.
• Evict trespassers and violators and detain perpetrators following legal protocols.
• Provide assistance to employees and visitors, answering questions and directing them as needed.
• Access control over entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles.
• Enforce facility rules and safety protocols.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and report incidents to authorities.
• Maintain detailed daily records of activities and incidents.
