This role requires an armed guard card or license, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent; you must be 21+ for armed positions. Overnight shifts are included with training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, controlled areas, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures and applicable regulations.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation for patrols, incidents, inspections, and security-related activities.
