Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer - Armed Patrol Driver Level Three in Austin, TX. This role involves vehicle and foot patrols, customer service, and responding to incidents while maintaining a visible, professional presence.

The position offers a flexible schedule (Fri-Sun shifts) with a pay rate of $26.50 per hour and opportunities for growth through our training and perks program. Must meet state licensing and background requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience or 5+ years armed security experience.
• Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license where required.
• Possess a Texas Level III Armed Certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy and law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors per site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular armed patrols throughout the retail location and perimeter.
• Maintain proficiency with equipment and carry firearms per laws and policy.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and deter unauthorized activity.
