The Architecture Program within the School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation at the University of Maryland, College Park, seeks a part time Lecturer for the upcoming academic year to teach assigned Architecture Program course(s).

The chosen candidate should expect to attend an orientation, comply with policies, develop a course syllabus, provide written progress assessments, and notify the Architecture Program Director of any student failing the course.

Formación

• Master’s degree in the field of instruction or related field.
• Demonstrated successful teaching at the college level and/or relevant professional experience.
• Evidence of success in teaching undergraduate students.

Responsabilidades

• Teach assigned Architecture Program course(s).
• Attend orientation and comply with program policies and calendar.
• Provide written assessments of student progress and notify the Program Director of any failing student.
• Meet as per Testudo schedule and conduct final examinations; studio courses use final review as exam.
