Qualifications

• Two-year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to work nights and weekends, open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer complaints of machine malfunction; analyze the mechanism to find the root cause.
• Assist the Facility manager with installation, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical and circuitry issues in arcade games and bowling machines.
• Identify common problems with components like controls and audio systems.
