Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of accounts receivable, collections, billing, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, spreadsheets, data entry, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable activities and monitor outstanding client balances.
• Conduct collection efforts and follow up on delinquent accounts in a professional manner.
• Research and resolve billing and payment issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Generate reports and analyze data using Excel and accounting software.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support to the accounting department.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
