Job summary

Responsibilities

• Surveillance: monitor pool activities to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Rescue Operations: respond to emergencies with first aid and CPR.
• Safety Enforcement: educate patrons on safe swimming and enforce rules.
• First Aid & Emergency Response: provide initial care and coordinate with responders.
• Facility Maintenance: keep pool area clean and report issues.
• Record Keeping: document incidents, rescues, and treatments.
• Customer Service: assist patrons with questions and requests.
• Training & Drills: participate in regular trainings and emergency drills.
• Team Collaboration: work with staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Program Instruction: assist with swim lessons and related events.
