Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter to manage the end-to-end processing of apparel shipments, from receipt to stocking on the sales floor and in receiving. The role emphasizes accurate inventory handling, adherence to Visual Merchandising standards, and efficient use of the inventory system.

The position focuses on replenishment, pricing support, and maintaining clean, organized backstock while delivering exceptional customer service to guests in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to use company computer systems and devices including inventory management and POS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• 50% Replenishes merchandise to the sales floor using the inventory management system.
• 10% Maintains knowledge of advertised sales for effective backroom organization.
• 10% Unloads trucks as needed.
• 10% Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• 5% Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked.
• 5% Ensure backstock merchandise is organized and accessible.
• 5% Demonstrates excellent customer service and helps guests.
