Seldin Company is seeking a Part Time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Franklin School apartment community in Great Falls, MT. This HUD property has 40 units and pays up to $24.00 an hour depending on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

The role involves diagnosing and performing major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs while delivering exceptional customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required for residential settings.
• 3–4 years related experience or training.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to work independently and handle on-call shifts.
• Tolerant to all extremes of hot and cold weather.

Responsibilities

• The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to residents.
