Job summary

Seldin Company is seeking a Part Time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Centennial Village in Great Falls, MT. This HUD/Tax Credit property has 48 units and the technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine repairs while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include maintaining appliances, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and responding to on-call maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical."
• Willingness to be on-call for maintenance duties.
• Tolerance to extremes of hot and cold weather.

Responsibilities

• The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
