Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC Certification (preferred).
• Apartment maintenance experience (preferred).
• Ability to operate smartphone, tablet and computers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities, buildings, and grounds via work orders.
• Prepare vacated apartment homes quickly and professionally.
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and drywall tasks.
• Minor plumbing repairs (drains, toilets, water heater).
• Service kitchen appliances, washers, dryers, and garage issues as needed.
• Emergency maintenance on on-call schedule.
• Follow safety standards at all times.
• Snow removal.
• Other related duties as assigned.
