Job summary

C2 Education in La Crescenta, CA is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver high-quality lessons after school and on Saturdays, following our curriculum and educational philosophy.

Sessions run Monday–Thursday 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with location variations. A completed Bachelor's degree or higher is required, along with at least two years of teaching experience and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
• Strong communication with students and parents/guardians.
• Experience developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with prescribed curriculum and learning goals.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and any concerns.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
