Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Part-time Advanced Practice Esthetician in Wayzata, MN. You will deliver facial services such as dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, waxing and brow/lash treatments while educating clients on skincare routines.

A licensed AP Esthetician is required and weekend availability is expected. You’ll join a team-centered environment with comprehensive training, ongoing education, and growth opportunities, including potential advancement into management roles.

Qualifications

• Advanced Practice Esthetician license required.
• Experience with facial services including dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, waxing.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Perform services including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, waxing, brow and lash services.
• Educate and upsell at-home skincare products.
• Create service plans based on each client’s needs and goals.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures and ensure Cosmetology Board compliance.
• Promote teamwork and partnership with FACE FOUNDRIÉ staff.
• Assist in store operations and maintain store standards.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ AP ESTHETICIAN you will…

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests

• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service
• Assist in all store operational processes
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings

Experience we are looking for…

• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting
• Developed communication skills
• Sales Experience (Preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
