Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ®️ is seeking an Advanced Practice Esthetician to join our team in Minnesota. You will perform facial services and esthetic treatments while educating clients through their skincare journey, focusing on service quality and client relationships.

In this role, you will meet personal and store sales goals, upsell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products, and participate in ongoing training. Night and weekend availability is required in a dynamic, team-driven open-concept environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced Practice Esthetics License required.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, waxing, brow and lash services.
• Actively recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Use an appointment book or system to book for return services.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures; ensure board compliance.
• Create and maintain a partnership with FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and customer service.
• Work with Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure items are on hand.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Our AP Esthetician is responsible for performing 40-minute facials, dermaplaning, peels, waxing and brow tinting. You must maintain State Board compliance and keeping accurate and complete records. Provide excellent customer service, achieve all services and product goals as well as follow all of FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines.

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ AP ESTHETICIAN you will…

Experience we are looking for…
