Job summary

C2 Education seeks a part-time instructor to deliver high-quality lessons aligned with our curriculum and learning goals. You will assess progress, maintain records, and communicate with guardians to support student growth in a positive learning environment.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years of teaching experience, comfort with educational technology, and strong communication and classroom management skills. This role offers after-school hours with 401(k) and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
• Scores at the 95th percentile on diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT tests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum and goals.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to students and guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about progress and concerns.
• Participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support students.
• Schedule: after-school hours, Monday–Thursday 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
