Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
• Experience with diverse student populations.
• Experience developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with standards.
• Experience using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet all learners' needs.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum and learning goals.
• Assess students’ progress and provide feedback to students and families.
• Maintain accurate student records.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and concerns.
• Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices.
• Tutor in-person as needed.
