AdvisaCare is seeking Top of the Line Home Health Aides to service our clients for private duty in-home care in the Grand Rapids, MI and surrounding areas. If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need and strive to offer the right care customized to each individual, all while honoring his or her preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs — YOU'RE THE ONE we're looking for!

We have a variety of clients available!

*12-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, and some partial shifts*

We are in need of staffing for Middleville, Lowell, Grandville, Kentwood, and other surrounding Grand Rapids areas!

Caregiver responsibilities typically include:
  • Assisting clients with ADLs
  • Transferring
  • Toileting
  • Going out with clients to appointments, stores, the gym, outings, etc.
  • Light housework as needed, such as changing sheets, sweeping, and mopping
  • Providing companion care and supporting high-tech clients as well
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently with integrity
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to travel within the service area
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
