Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.

Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary

These positions are on an as-needed, semester-by-semester basis. Rank is determined at the time of hiring and will be commensurate with credentials. These positions are for work to be performed in the state of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the civil engineering discipline.

Required Qualifications

To teach undergraduate courses

• A minimum of a Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline is required at the time of hire.

OR

To teach undergraduate courses in a non-related discipline

• A minimum of a Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in a non-related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline is required at the time of hire.

To Teach Graduate Courses

• A Terminal/Doctorate degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional engineering license
• Prior experience in teaching Civil Engineering courses
• Record of past teaching at the Undergraduate level
