Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring a Part Time Ambulatory Housekeeper at Kaiser Permanente Gwinnett Comprehensive Medical Center in Duluth, GA. The role keeps ambulatory facilities clean and orderly, performing duties such as sweeping, dusting, polishing, restrooms, and waste disposal.

Requires vaccination or approved exemption; post-offer medical and background screenings and a GED/high school diploma. Evening shift 3:00pm–11:30pm with weekends rotation; pay rate $15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they obtain a medical or religious exemption.
Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing duties.
Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
Dusts furniture and equipment.
Polishes metalwork.
Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
Empties wastebaskets.
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Replenishes bathroom supplies.
