Kidcreate Studio Frederick is seeking a Part-Time Studio Director to lead operations, guest experiences, and studio growth in a vibrant arts-focused environment.

You'll oversee daily activities, manage staff schedules, foster community partnerships, and promote classes and events, while ensuring a safe, welcoming space for families and children after school and during camps.

At Kidcreate Studio Frederick, we're on a mission to help children learn, create, and explore through hands-on art and science experiences. We're seeking an enthusiastic, people-loving Part-Time Studio Director to help lead our growing studio.

What You'll Do

As our Studio Director, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for families, staff, and community partners.

Leadership & Operations

• Oversee daily studio operations
• Ensure classes, camps, workshops, and events run smoothly
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe studio environment
• Manage schedules, supplies, and studio inventory

Customer Experience

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, coach, and support instructors

Position Details

Position Type: Part-Time

Hourly Pay: $23-$28 per hour (based on education and experience)

Schedule:

• 15-20 hours per week
