Job summary

Kidcreate Studio-Frederick, MD is seeking talented art and science instructors to teach our curriculum that helps students build real artistic skills over time in a fun, supportive environment.

As an instructor, you will teach structured art and science lessons, facilitate classes for children of various ages, demonstrate drawing and painting techniques, and provide constructive feedback while maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. We provide curriculum, materials, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in drawing, painting, and composition.

We specialize in children’s art and science classes, camps, and art-themed birthday parties. At Kidcreate Studio, you will help children create fridge-worthy masterpieces, learn art concepts, and experiment with many different art materials.

Weekly classes, camps, workshops, and homeschool classes are age-specific and are tailored to provide each student with the curriculum that suits them best.

Qualifications:

• Art Skills - You should have a strong foundation in drawing, painting, and composition
• Science Skills- You should have basic scientific skills needed to demonstrate hands-on, child friendly experiments.
• Experience - Preferred candidates have experience teaching or working with children, are comfortable leading groups and managing a classroom, and are able to teach art techniques and build skills.
