Responsibilities

• Plan and develop daily and weekly bus routes.
• Dispatch buses and communicate route assignments to drivers.
• Monitor route performance and adjust as necessary.
• Respond to driver and operational issues in real time.
• Maintain route and dispatch records.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure vehicle availability.
• Communicate with schools, organizations, and customers regarding service changes.
