Job summary

Dunkin’ in Pigeon Forge, TN is hiring an AM Crew Member for a part-time role. Openings start as early as 4:00 AM to prepare the store for a 5:00 AM opening. You will greet guests, prepare and package food and beverages, and keep the store clean while supporting closing duties as needed.

Must be at least 16 years old and reliable with transportation. Training is provided, and prior food service experience is helpful but not required. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation.
• Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful, but not required.
• Paid training.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties.
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM).
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders.
