Job summary

Residence Inn Milwaukee Downtown is seeking a part-time Hospitality/Breakfast Attendant to join their team. This role focuses on welcoming guests, setting up and maintaining the breakfast/evening social area, and delivering courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

The schedule runs five days per week from 5:30am until about noon, on-site. Candidates must have a food service handling certification or the ability to obtain one, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have or be able to obtain food service handling certification.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and provide high level of service.
• Set up, maintain, and take down breakfast/evening social area.
• Maintain food/beverage station per safety and health regulations.
• Assist with inventory, orders, and restocking.
• Ensure alcohol service complies with state/local laws.
• Follow CSM/Brand procedures and guest recovery program.
• Attend required department/hotel meetings and perform side work.
