Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer in Jeffersonville, IN to monitor client sites, deter incidents, and provide great customer service. You will perform patrols, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence to secure environments across diverse client sites.

The role emphasizes flexibility, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour and a schedule that supports daytime, Saturdays, and Sundays shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
