Job summary

Unifi is seeking an Airport Ramp Agent for a part-time role at SNA. The position requires physical fitness to lift up to 70 pounds, a valid California driver’s license, and the ability to obtain SIDA security clearance.

You will handle baggage, cargo, and aircraft servicing while adhering to safety and procedural standards. The job includes day-to-day duties across multiple shifts (AM, overnight, PM), with competitive pay and typical benefits for aviation operations.

Qualifications

• Local resident in-state required.
• Valid In-State Driver's License.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass up to a 10-year background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must complete ramp and SIDA training.
• Able to lift/carry/push/pull 70+ lbs regularly.
• Walk/climb/bend/kneel/crawl/stoop as needed.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, services, guides, and directs customer aircraft.
• Safeguards baggage, air cargo, airmail from weather, loss, theft, damage.
• Lifts, loads/unloads, sorts and transfers baggage and cargo physically.
• Operates pushback equipment with visual contact to Wing Walkers.
• Receives and records baggage, airfreight, mail and materials.
• Picks up, delivers, and transports cargo to/from aircraft; records accordingly.
• Operates motorized equipment (belt loaders, lift trucks, tugs, etc.).
• Completes paperwork and inputs data into the company system.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
