Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent may be required in some locations.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test as required (DOT or Non-DOT).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Previous airport, passenger service, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely to and from designated airport locations.
• Provide wheelchair and aisle chair assistance for arriving and departing passengers.
• Assist passengers in and out of wheelchairs while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide luggage assistance for inbound and outbound flights.
• Escort passengers to restaurants, restrooms, animal relief areas, or other airport locations as needed.
• Coordinate assignments with dispatchers, gate agents, and airline personnel.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate wheelchair trip logs.
• Comply with all TSA, airport, and company safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
