Job summary

Minot International Airport is seeking a Part Time Airport Custodial Technician in Minot, ND. The role covers cleaning of airport facilities and grounds with a flexible schedule that includes holidays, 7 days a week, about 20 hours weekly.

Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; ND driver license required and background check for airport security. This is a nonbenefits, part-time, noncivil service position open until filled.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Graduation from high school and experience in general maintenance or custodial work, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Preferred candidate would have experience working at an airport.
• Possession of a valid North Dakota Driver License.
• Pass a fingerprint-based background check and maintain federally mandated security clearance required to work at an airport.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and care of airport facilities and grounds.
• Work a flexible schedule covering 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to include holidays.
• Operate under the supervision of the Airport Facility Foreman and Airport Operations and Maintenance Manager.

The Minot International Airport with the City of Minot, North Dakota is accepting applications for the position of Part Time AirportCustodial Technician.

This will remain open until filled.

Nature of Work

This is manual work in the care and cleaning of Airport facilities and grounds. The personnel in this position must be available to work a flexible schedule that covers 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to include holidays. Scheduled work is shift work, approximately 20 hours per week with occasional overtime requirements. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Airport Facility Foreman and Airport Operations and Maintenance Manager.
