Thank you for your interest in our part-time cleaner opportunity. Here is a basic description of what the job entails. You would not be an employee; you would be an independent contractor.

We manage Airbnbs through a property management company across several states. You can view our listings here: https://www.airbnb.com/users/477667820/listings

Cleaning projects typically occur between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., after guest checkout.

We need cleaners available on weekdays or weekends. If you can clean on both, that's a plus!

All projects are on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing you to choose how often you work.

The basic duties include:

1. Changing beds and washing & drying all linens and towels
2. Wiping down sinks, toilets, and tubs in bathrooms
3. Emptying trash
4. Wiping down sinks, counters, and tables in the kitchen
5. Washing, drying, and putting away dishes (occasionally, guests may do this)
6. Sweeping/Vacuuming floors
7. Mopping as needed
8. Keeping common areas clean and tidy
9. All cleaning supplies are provided

Each cleaning typically takes around 2-3 hours.

Pay is a flat rate per project based on property size, designed to compensate approximately $30/hr for the typical cleaning time.

Payments are made via direct deposit within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Due to the nature of Airbnb rentals, there may be several checkouts in a week or none at all.
