Qualifications

• Must be a current University of West Georgia student enrolled for six credit hours.
• Must have and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA.
• Hands-on experience in any programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Candidate must have completed CS1301: Computer Science I, CS1302/COMP2320: Principles of Programming or equivalent.
• Knowledge of fundamentals of machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistics, and data science.

Responsibilities

• Duties will focus on research and development in AI security and risk, ML, AI system design, and data science.
• Read peer-reviewed research articles, conduct seminars for knowledge sharing, and perform coding and implementation tasks.
• Develop testbeds, run experiments, and generate results for reports and publications.
• Prepare scientific writing for peer-reviewed publications and abstract submissions.
