Job summary

Interview Kickstart is seeking an experienced AI/ML instructor to deliver lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions covering machine learning principles and methodologies. You will craft engaging sessions and adapt content for diverse professional audiences.

They expect ongoing engagement with industry trends, collaboration with IK curriculum teams, and mentorship of learners and fellow instructors. Weekend/evening availability in Pacific time is required to align with program schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ML lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions.
• Ability to explain complex AI topics to diverse audiences.
• Experience teaching working professionals in tech.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, learner-first.
• Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions on ML concepts.
• Engage with industry partners and arrange internships for real-world exposure.
• Conduct research and contribute to developing new ML techniques.
• Collaborate with instructors and IK team to improve session flow.
• Onboard and train other instructors and coaches.
• Coordinate with curriculum team to evolve the program.
• Be available on weekends/evenings per Pacific time guidelines.
