Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or a recent graduate seeking hands-on AI internship.
• Strong interest in AI and curiosity about how AI tools work.
• Self-driven with willingness to experiment, test, and problem-solve.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to validate data.
• Ability to analyze results, identify patterns, and communicate observations clearly.
• Experience using AI tools in academic, personal, or experimental settings.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and iterating through tests.
• Willingness to make code/configuration changes when needed, or learn to do so.
• Ability to work independently and on-site with a team at Chesterfield office.

Responsibilities

• Stress test and experiment with AI agents in real-world scenarios to uncover limitations and edge cases.
• Investigate how agents reason and use tools to identify performance bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Document testing findings, failure patterns, and recommended prompt strategies.
• Use AI-assisted methods to improve data quality across core internal systems.
• Clean, normalize, and validate data at scale using AI tools and manual checks.
• Explore AI-driven approaches to early data quality detection and long-term data health.
• Assess internal documentation and help modernize knowledge structures.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on new AI agent concepts in Copilot Studio.
• Evaluate AI agents for practical use cases and user value.
