Job summary

Keystone Cooperative in Ohio is seeking a part-time backup to Applicators. You will assist with outbound/inbound agronomy products, operate tender trucks, and help with equipment and grounds maintenance while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and a team-focused attitude, with flexibility for extended hours during peak seasons. CDL is preferred, and prior hazmat or Ag CDL readiness is a plus.

Qualifications

• CDL class A or B preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment skills
• Positive attitude, high energy, and attention to detail
• Must handle fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
• Strong customer service and team player attitude
• Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons
• Territory and agriculture knowledge is a plus
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus
• Acceptable driving history

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products
• Operate tender trucks to provide product to application equipment
• Ensure safety compliance
• Assist in equipment maintenance
• Clean and maintain facility grounds including mowing and snow removal
• Communicate daily activities to location manager
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations and procedures
• May assist in measuring inventory of chemicals
• Serve as a backup to Applicators
