Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati is seeking a Part-time Youth Program Assistant in Clifton, KY to support program leaders and educators in the Graduate, Fit for Life, Ready to Serve model.

You will help run activities, maintain attendance and meal records, and foster positive relationships with members. CPR/First Aid is preferred; hourly pay is $15.50 with paid PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; youth development experience is a plus.
• Energetic, team-oriented and creative with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with youth and manage behavior positively.
• Maintain a cooperative attitude and reliability in a busy program.

Responsibilities

• Assist program leaders in implementing the Graduate, Fit for Life, Ready to Serve model.
• Stimulate interest with skill instruction, events, contests and recognition.
• Maintain records such as attendance and meal counts for programming.
• Provide guidance and build positive relationships with members.
• Collaborate with staff to improve program quality and outcomes.
• Keep program areas clean, safe and well-organized.
