Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring NOW at the LeBron James (LBJ) Club in Akron, Ohio. Youth Development Professionals work after-school programs, with 20 hours per week, from 2 pm to 6 pm, at starting pay of $17 per hour.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of youth experience, be 18+, and clear a background check and drug test; we offer a supportive environment, paid training, holidays and PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma
