Responsibilities

• Provide brief emotional and behavioral support to students during afterschool hours through individual check‑ins and small groups.
• Support attendance, engagement, behavior, and emotional regulation.
• Respond to student crises using trauma‑informed de‑escalation techniques and safety protocols.
