Responsibilities

• Activity Leadership & Supervision: Plan and lead a variety of recreational activities, ensuring balanced engagement for all participants.
• Student Interaction & Care: Interact with students in a warm, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere while maintaining safety and behavior expectations.
• Academic Support: Provide guidance or occasional assistance with homework and assignments.
• Student Engagement: Encourage participation in group activities and address individual student needs.
• Program Support: Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure smooth daily transitions and proper care of resources.
