St. Paul Academy and Summit School (SPA) seeks a part-time Middle School After School Program Assistant for the Randolph Campus. The role creates a safe, engaging environment for middle school students after regular school hours, connecting with students individually and in groups.

You will lead activities, provide homework help when needed, and support program staff to ensure smooth daily operations in a welcoming, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to commit to the designated schedule (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM) on all scheduled school days throughout the academic year.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect authentically with middle school-aged youth.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Prior experience working with children or youth in an educational, recreational, camp, or after-school environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead recreational activities for middle school students after school.
• Interact with students in a supervisory, warm and inclusive manner.
• Provide guidance and occasional homework help as needed.
• Support daily transitions and supervise program resources and facilities.
