Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Heber is seeking a talented Assistant Bread Baker (part-time) who shares our passion for food quality, customer service, and community. You will join a dynamic team that offers an artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads menu baked with honest, whole ingredients.

The successful candidate will demonstrate baking/pastry experience (training available), comply with food safety rules, endure long standing shifts, and have afternoon/evening availability, including a Sunday shift

Qualifications

• Must have experience in large-scale baking or pastry preparation.
• Training is available for the right candidate.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist bread baker with producing artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards.
• Stand for long periods and operate kitchen equipment as required.
