The Assistant Bread Baker will support the bread program, requiring standing for long periods, carrying up to 50 lbs, and working afternoons/evenings (11 am–7 pm) with a Sunday shift sometimes scheduled during holidays. Training may be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale baking or pastry production; training available.
• Knowledge of food handler and sanitation standards.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bread Baker in daily baking of artisan breads.
• Stand and move for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work afternoons/evenings with a Sunday shift; seasonal overnight shifts possible.
• Follow recipes and maintain high quality.
