Job summary

C2 Education seeks a part-time tutor to deliver engaging lessons after school and on Saturdays, following our curriculum and philosophy. You will assess student progress and provide feedback to families while maintaining records and collaborating with staff.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, strong classroom management, and experience differentiating instruction for diverse learners. Must be US-eligible to work; SAT/AP/ACT percentile guidance applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must score at least 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT/AP/ACT test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with prescribed curriculum and learning goals.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and any concerns.
