Innovation Learning is hiring a Resilience Coach for school-based sites in the Phoenix area. You will create a safe, engaging environment that helps students build life skills, confidence, and leadership through mentorship and enrichment activities.

The role is a part-time substitute for before/after school, school breaks, and summer programs. It emphasizes positive behavior guidance, student well-being, and collaborative teamwork with site leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
• 6 months experience or 12 college credits, or an AA/BA in Early Childhood Education or NAC/CDA/CCP credential.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with students and create a welcoming environment.
• Lead engaging enrichment, recreation, and team-building activities.
• Support homework help, attendance, and daily program operations.
