Right At School is seeking a Part-Time After-School Site Program Manager in Odessa, TX. In this role, you will deliver engaging enrichment programs while leading a dedicated team that supports children's learning and development. With a pay range of $21-$25 per hour, the position requires supervisory experience and a passion for working with children.

Required: One-year supervisor/management experience and 6 months working in a childcare/school facility in a group setting
Start Date: Immediate
Located inside the Odessa Schools
Pay Ranges: $21-$24 per hour
Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 2:45 pm-6:00 pm and any early release school days (Must be able to work Monday through Friday)
