Job summary

Jeffco Public Schools is seeking part-time Program Aides for the School Age Enrichment program at Stott Elementary and other SAE sites across Jeffco. Roles start with no experience required and offer an hourly wage between $19.79 and $21.29, with typical shifts 2:00 p.m. to 5:30/6:00 p.m.

Positions are 0.125 FTE with a 1 hour daily commitment and potential subbing at multiple sites. Applicants must be at least 16 and able to work under supervision, carrying out program activities and maintaining

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to accommodate short and long term subbing at SAE sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the Director in managing the School Age Enrichment Programs.
• Assist with daily operations and planning of the Before & After School Program.
• Ensure safety through active supervision and correct staff-to-child ratios.
• Engage students in enrichment activities, games, field trips and homework.
• Coordinate with staff and site leaders to maintain open and collaborative relationships.
• Secure buildings and equipment per district guidelines and complete required trainings.
