Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct after-school practices ~5 days per week.
• Oversee uniforms and equipment.
• Support academic curriculum and character development initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between parents, administration and coaching staff.
• Coach during weekday and weekend practices, games, and tournaments.
• Manage rosters and eligibility.
• Follow Great Hearts Athletics Policies and Procedures and the employee handbook.
• Organize end-of-season activities.
